Classic Fresh-Squeezed Lemonade

Classic Fresh-Squeezed Lemonade
The classic thirst quenching summer lemonade!

This recipe makes two servings (32oz)

Ingredients needed:

3-4 small lemons
4 tablespoons of raw sugar
Boiling water
Ice

1) Cut the lemons in half and squeeze the juice into a pitcher, then drop in the rind as well.
2) Add 4 tablespoons of raw sugar.
3) Pour 1 cup of boiling water into the pitcher and let sit for 5 minutes.*
4) Stir, then add 8-10 large ice cubes
5) Top it off with cold water
6) Strain into glasses
7) Enjoy! =)

* - This step dissolves the sugar and steeps the beneficial citrus oils out of the lemon rinds. It is not necessary but does make a superior-tasting lemonade!
